UV Ink

UV (ultraviolet light-curing) ink refers to the ink that uses ultraviolet light of different wavelengths and energy to polymerize the monomers in the ink binder into a polymer under ultraviolet irradiation so that the ink can be filmed and dried. UV inks are also inks. As for inks, they must have bright colors (except in special cases), good printability, and suitable curing and drying rates. At the same time, it has good adhesion and has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance.

FLE machinery provides the most suitable production line design and equipment and also provides the whole plant output.

The machine for UV ink is similar to offset ink, three roll mill, high viscosity bead mill, low-speed mixer machine.
