The high-speed dispersing parts are divided into a single dispersing shaft and a double dispersing shaft. How to choose depends on the viscosity of the customer's product. It is recommended that the viscosity of the material exceeds the toothpaste to choose the double dispersing shaft. The two double-frame agitators revolve and rotate on the barrel at the same time. The functions that can be realized include vacuuming, heating, and cooling. According to the material situation, the speed can be adjusted on the control panel. The same double planetary mixer can be used with multiple mixing barrels, and at the same time, it can be matched with a feeder to make the output faster and more efficient.
The performance characteristic of the double planetary mixer is that the tank body can be heated by electricity, steam, water and oil in various ways.
The specially designed temperature measuring device will start running on the transmission shaft to ensure that the temperature error of the material is less than 1°C. The jacket of the main accessories, the bottom jacket, the inner coil of the jacket, and the deflector can realize cooling and stirring in the tank. The paddle can choose different speeds according to different processes and different viscosities. Because the stirring paddle revolves and rotates at the same time, frequency conversion speed regulation (frequency conversion motor) is used safely, and the speed measurement system will directly give the speed of the mixer at different times.
