Principles about double planetary mixer

When the planetary carrier rotates, it drives the two sample stirring frames and dispersion shafts in the box to rotate around the axis of the reaction kettle at high speed, thereby subjecting the material to strong shear and clamping effects, achieving the goal of full dispersion and mixing. On the planet carrier, there is a wall scraper that rotates with the planet carrier and continuously scrapes against the barrel wall, ensuring that there is no trapped material on the barrel wall and improving the mixing effect. The length of mixing time is controlled by the user based on the properties of the material and can be adjusted through the control panel. The cover and planetary mixer are lifted and lowered by hydraulic pressure, ensuring smooth, fast, and lightweight operation.

This device can work under a vacuum and continuously discharge water and other volatile substances, therefore, it can be used as a degassing kettle. The reaction kettle can be heated or cooled by oil and water circulation as needed, or steam heating can also be used.

The discharge system adopts a hydraulic lifting and pressing plate, which moves downwards under hydraulic pressure to press out the materials in the barrel. (Simultaneously with a silicone filling and sealing machine or silicone filling and capping machine, it can achieve packaging function). The sealing device of the pressure plate can effectively isolate the air from the rubber material, prevent material return, and scrape the barrel wall without any trapped materials.
