The motor of the double planetary mixer directly drives the main shaft to rotate through the belt pulley and the reduction gearbox. The specially shaped rotating blades installed on the main shaft rotate with it.

Under the action of the agitator, the materials rise along the container wall of the fixed mixing tank and are in a reverse motion state, forming a swirling motion. Materials with different densities are easy to mix evenly in a short time, and the mixing efficiency is more than twice that of ordinary mixers.

The various raw materials and binders involved in mixing are input from the upper feeding port, and the mixed materials are discharged from the side discharge port of the mixing tank.
