The principle of double planetary mixer

 

The double planetary mixer is innovatively equipped with a low-speed stirring part and a high-speed dispersing part for high-viscosity materials. The low-speed stirring part adopts planetary gear transmission according to the principle of asteroid rotation. The ideal mixing effect can be achieved in a short time.

The high-speed dispersing part revolves together with the planetary carrier, and at the same time rotates at a high speed, so that the material is subjected to strong shearing and dispersing mixing so that its effect is several times that of the ordinary mixer. Choose the appropriate one according to the viscosity of the material.

Two double-frame agitators revolve and rotate at the same time in the barrel, which can realize vacuuming, heating, and cooling, and the speed can be adjusted according to the situation. Equipped with multiple mixing barrels, the machine can be operated with multiple barrels. It is more convenient to match the discharge of the press machine.

The material barrel is double layered and the bottom of the guide groove is supercooled with water or heat transfer oil. If heating is required, the customer's temperature exceeds 60 degrees Celsius and the barrel needs to be wrapped with insulation cotton. The customer needs to indicate in advance when ordering

8. There is no discharge method for the 200ML-1L material barrel. If a press machine is required, the discharge method from the press plate can be selected

9. The material bucket can be discharged from the bottom or from the front

10. The maximum heating temperature cannot exceed 200 degrees Celsius
