Structural features of double planetary mixer

1. The double planetary mixer is an efficient, multi-functional, and compulsory mixer. It usually adopts the mode of rack, cylinder head, and mixing paddle lifting while the cylinder moves.

2. Vacuum resistance: enables the material to operate under a vacuum;

3. The kettle body can be heated by electric, steam, water, and oil circulation. The unique temperature detection device on the transmission shaft ensures that the temperature error of the material is less than ± 1 ℃, and the jacket, bottom jacket, and the coil and guide plate inside the jacket can achieve cooling;

4. In the kettle, the Fried Dough Twists frame type (the distance between the paddle and the paddle, and between the paddle and the barrel wall is 3-4mm) agitator paddle (multi paddle) rotates itself at the same time of the revolution to make the materials flow up, down and around, so that the mixing (mixing) effect can be achieved in a very short time;

The revolution and rotation of the stirring slurry inside the kettle are all controlled by variable frequency speed regulation (variable frequency motor), and different speeds can be selected according to different processes and viscosities. The speed measurement system directly provides the speed of different stirring paddles at that time. 

Working principle of double planetary mixer

The double planetary mixer is equipped with low-speed mixing parts and high-speed dispersion parts. The low-speed mixing parts are driven by planetary gears. The mixing paddle also rotates when it rotates, making the materials move up, down and around, so as to achieve ideal mixing effect in a short time.

The high-speed dispersed components of the power mixer rotate together with the planetary carrier, while also rotating at high speed, causing the material to undergo strong shear and dispersion mixing, which is several times the effect of ordinary blenders. Dispersion components include single dispersion shaft and double dispersion shaft, and customers can choose according to their product attributes.

The two double frame mixers of the double planetary mixer power rotate and rotate simultaneously in the barrel, which can achieve vacuum pumping, heating, cooling, and speed adjustment according to the situation. Equipped with multiple mixing barrels, it can operate multiple barrels in one machine and be matched with a press machine to make discharge more convenient.
