How does the Double Planetary Mixer works

When the double  planetary mixer starts to rotate, the two mixing frames and dispersion shafts in the box rotate around the reaction axis while rotating at high speed, resulting in strong shearing and kneading effects on the material, allowing it to be fully dispersed and mixed. On the planet carrier, a wall scraper rotates with the traveling planet carrier, and constantly scrapes the barrel wall closely like a car wiper, leaving the barrel wall clean and free of trapped materials, achieving the best mixing effect.

The length of mixing time is controlled by the user according to different material properties, and can be adjusted through the control panel displayed in the control box. The cover and planetary agitator are lifted and lowered by hydraulic pressure through mechanical force, ensuring safe, fast, and convenient operation when seated.

This device can work under vacuum and continuously discharge water and other volatile substances, so it can be used as a lighting service. The reaction furnace can be heated or cooled by oil and water circulation as required. Steam heating can also be used.

The discharge system adopts a hydraulic lifting and pressing plate, which moves downward under the hydraulic pressure to press out the materials in the barrel. (At the same time, it can achieve the sub packaging function with a silicone filling and sealing machine or a silicone filling and capping machine.). The sealing device of the pressure plate can effectively isolate the rubber from the air without returning material, and there will be no trapped material when scraping the barrel wall.
