Plateform Type High Speed Disperser

Platform type high-speed disperser is mainly used for high production material. Normally the high-speed disperser is installed between two tanks, easily mixing material in two tanks. also another type, such as one head with two dispersing motors with two drive shafts.

Fixed the high-speed disperser and two tanks on the platform, the head of the machine can move by pushing after loosening the screw. When mixing the first tank, you can prepare the raw material for the second tank. Also, We will install the timer of mixing on HSD, so the machine will notice us after mixing the first tank, then go to move into the second. Which platform type of high-speed disperser improves your working efficiency. 

We can customize the tank functions according to your material features. Such as if needs a jacket for a heating or cooling system, it needs the load cell to auto-control the weight to auto discharge and auto feeding material.
